Dear Members,

 

This is happy to inform you that as per AGM and last managing committee decision the programme of providing Safety-security-prosperity assistance to semi-wholesalers is taken by us on fast-track.

 

The broad guideline as discussed is as under:

 

  1. The name of the programme is “BLESS  5 / RSW 2010”

 

  1. All semi-wholesalers or members whose turnover is less than 5 crores p.a of direct companies will be eligible under this programme.

 

  1. The eligible member will have to submit the information to the office as per format.

 

  1. The membership should be at least 5 years old preferably.

 

  1. The association will take up the application of members to the company who is wishes to appoint additional stockist and will use good offices and will request the company to appoint the deserved members.

 

  1. At the time of appointment every care will be taken to avoid the unhealthy competion & irrational appointment.

 

  1. The association role is only to request the company no where the compulsion will be imposed on any company.

 

  1. All managing committee members are requested to study the carefully matter of the members of their zone and inform to the association.

 

  1. This policy does not assure to all semi-wholesalers nor association is taking a responsibility of any appointment. This is to be noted that ultimate decision will remain in the hands of company and that depends on your infrastructure i.e. services, attitude, approach etc.                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                            

 

 

 

  1. This programme will not affect in any way to our normal policy or any other big wholesalers as far as appointment is concerns.

 

  1. The basic objective of the policy is to provide minimum opportunity to all the members to get standing in the market, to create the atmosphere of good feelings, and brotherhood, and share the fruit of unity among all.
