SUB:  SETTLEMENT OF CLAIMS BEFORE 31ST March 2011

Dear Sirs,

As financial year ending is nearing and in order to alleviate the process of claim settlement of expiry/breakage/leakage, you are requested to expedite claim settlement process, which are received in your office till 10^th March 2011, with top priority and settle them before 25^th March 2011 with information to this office. Kindly note, any delay in above will have financial losses to our members, and in such circumstances members will be compelled to raise the interest debit note.

Further, you are also requested to provide the statement of accounts for the period 01.04.2010 to 31.03.2011 to all your authorized distributors, as the same is mandatory for their audit purpose.

We are sure; in order to fulfill our business requirement you will positively attend the above with top priority.
